15.03.2012- The Olsens do Elle

Thursday, 15 March 2012

As if any further proof were needed of their style icon status, Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen's sartorial star has been further cemented by Elle UK, who this month feature the twins as their cover stars. Each has their own edition of the magazine, so it's a real test of loyalties as to which one you opt for. If you're a fan of Mary-Kate's bohemian, vintage inspired style then her cover has to be the one for you the one for you. Alternatively, if Ashley's take on modern minimalism is more your thing then her cover (featuring a stunning Dolce and Gabbana embellished dress) is undoubtedly calling your name...

The editorial itself looks stunning, with the twins modelling a selection of pieces from designers including Prada, Felder Felder and Roberto Cavalli. If you can't bear to decide which edition to pick, then you could always pick up a copy of each (as I probably will!)- I'm sure they'll quickly become collectors items.

What do you think of Mary Kate and Ashley for Elle? And which cover are you going to opt for?

  2. Because I'm a subscriber I got no choice so I have Ashley on the cover of mine. Can't complain though, they're both gorgeous and the whole fashion spread was amazing. Loved the article too, couldn't quite believe they're only 25! xoxo

  3. I must confess that the only feature I've read in this month's Elle is the Olsen interview. Many times. If they ever read this, I can only take the time to vouch that I'm not (that) crazy! :P Such beautiful styling and effortless pretty from the girls! xx
